       The Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) for the Implementation of ENR Ambassador Project between Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Northern Iloilo State University was officially inked on June 2, 2022 at NISU Main, Estancia, Iloilo duly represented by the ENR Officer-PENRO Iloilo Salvador C. Maglinong Jr., OIC CENR Officer, CENRO-Sara Rene G. Abordo and the NISU President, Dr. Bobby D. Gerardo.


        ENR Ambassador Project is designed to teach students about environmental concerns that affects the school and community, such as pollution, resource degradation and climate change. The chosen student ambassadors were Kimboy Borja from the College of Engineering, Melton Bermejo and Regen Andrade from the College of Education, Sandy Montibon from the College of Fisheries and Allied Science, and Vince Patrick Viejo from the College of Industrial Technology. As ENR Ambassadors, they will be the one to lead the action to aid Environmental Issues.


        Also present in the ceremony were the PIO PENRO Iloilo Pauline Marie Masculino, PIO CENRO Sara Seth Antoneth Villagracia, Alma Ballego and Lourdes Gallego. The program ended with remarks from the Student Affairs Director, Dr. Jeff George Delima III showing support to this another great opportunity to the NISU Community.
